What is the maximum width that can be printed?
The maximum printed width is 58” or 150cmts.
Can the machine print metallic colors?
The digital printing machines can not print metallic
colors, however, it cam print any normal color closet to metallic. For eg.:
The digital printing machine cannot print gold, but it can print mustard
which is closest to GOLD.
Does the coating chemicals irritant for the skin including the skin of
children?
The inks are dyes used by in this technology are Azo free
dyes and chemicals, which cannot irritate or damage the skin.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have a minimum order quantity of 10 meters.
What are the shipping charges?
Please write to us with your location so that a detailed
chart can be sent for your reference.
Can you print spandex fabric used for Swimwear?
NO
Can you print on already made garment or cut pieces?
We can not print of already made garment, however, cut
pieces can be printed only if the fabric blend is 100% polyester.
Can you print on sequenced fabric or surface treated fabric?
Yes, the sequenced fabric can be printed only if the
sequence used on the surface of the fabric is 100% polyester and it can
withstand heat of more than 180 degree.
Can we wash the printed fabric?
Yes, the colors of the printed fabric are fast. They can
either be dry cleaned or hand washed with mild detergents.
In which format can we send the files for printing?
The files must be sent in 300 dpi, 100% print size and in
TIFF format.
Can you print on Polyester Cotton?
No, Blend of cotton/ polyester cannot be printed well. We
can either print pure polyester or cotton blended with natural fibers.
What all do we need to send when we place an printing order?
- File (Art work in 300 dpi; 100% print size in TIFF
format)
- Fabric Details. In case you are sending the fabric, we need a minimum
length of 3 meters
- Some reference to match colors of the print.
- Purchase order mentioning the quantity, payment terms and delivery time.
- Advance for confirming your order.
